About Me:
I am originally from Barbados, completed my professional education (BS & MBA) in New York, and moved to Oregon in 2001. Now I do what I love: I am in the Health and Fitness Industry. I have always been fascinated with the human body and believe that we have been blessed with the ability (through knowledge)to control how we look and how we feel, through wise nutritional choices and being active.

My Sports Background:
I am a *’natural’ bodybuilder (*hormone, steroid, drug free ). I try to participate in at least one bodybuilding event per year. This is a great way for me to remain motivated to stay fit and healthy. The last nautral bodybuilding competition that I won was ‘Ms Pro. Supernatural Physique’ in October, 2009.

Why I Want To Go To Cologne for Gay Games 2010:
Every year I choose one or two events as a motivational tool to be as fit and as healthy as I can be. The Cologne games will be one of those events as it will give me great pleasure to participate in the Gay games.

Why I support Team Oregon 2010:
I believe being a part of Team Oregon 2010 is a great way to promote health and fitness in Oregon’s gay & lesbian comminity. It think it is another way that we can show pride in how we live, by leading active, fit, gay(happy) lives.
